How to install additional TTF fonts

Some websites may require Opera Mobile to use specific fonts that are missing on your phone. It is particularly relevant for web pages containing Indic scripts such as Gujarati or Devanagari.

Opera Mobile 11.50 on Symbian can now load additional TrueType font files (.ttf extension). The font files itself must be stored in one of your "Other" folders, located either in the Phone memory or Memory card.

Some websites may have a link to the font file in the page itself. If not, use the power of the internet to find the appropriate font you need. Opera Mobile 11.50 is configured to download TTF files into "Documents" (symbolic name for "Other" folder). You can also copy the font file to your "Other" folder using the phone's file manager.

We remind you that Opera Mobile does not yet fully support all complex scripts such as Bengali, Gurmukhi, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Limbu and Syloti Nagri.

Dear opera
as all the countries government website written our developed in their respective languages
we cannot believe our browser (default mobile browser) to open such page
even there is no mobile browse to show indic fonts
"OPERA is the only browser which showed indic fonts in mobile"

I request opera please support Tamil language also
this is the request on behalf of all Tamil native language speakers
please consider my request
