Without a screen shot of your problem, I'm not sure what you're seeing. But try clicking CTRL+F11 (this is the Fit-to-width key combination) and see if that fixes it. If not, click CTRL+F11 again to put the setting back to where it was. (Fit-to-width is a "toggle" that flips on and off as its control is pressed.)
If this did not work, there may also be a Style setting that is incorrect. Please report back here with your results.

Opera 12.14u (1738), 11.52 (1100) & 10.63 (3576) running on various Windows systems from Win7-64 down through KernelEx4-modified Win98FE (proof that reports of Win98's demise are greatly exaggerated).
Do you mean that the page first appears vertically "in the middle," with the right-side scroll bar not positioned at its topmost point?
And, does this happen with all websites besides You Tube?

I finally see what I think you mean: each line of text within the first screenshot's red box is horizontally centered within the box, whereas on my installation, all the text lines start at the left end of the box. Likewise for Facebook. I've manipulated each of Opera's style settings and tried various other Opera Preferences settings, but I'm unable to get the effect you've shown. My text always stays aligned at the left in those areas. Are you using any Opera extensions or custom style sheets with your Opera browser? Also, what Opera version/build are you using?
In your first message, you said this all began to occur "since this morning". What occurred just before that? For example, was Opera turned off overnight and the problem began after re-starting Opera in the morning? Did Opera fail to shut down properly the night before? Was there a power failure that cycled the computer off and back on (and if so, was Opera running at the time)?
If all else fails, you may want to try an "Opera Profile" reset to replace your personal and settings Opera files with fresh default ones to see if something has been corrupted in them. However, before doing something like that (or before even re-installing Opera), be sure to make a copy of Opera's personal files to a safe non-Opera folder as a precaution against data loss. That way, they can be restored one-at-a-time afterward, no matter what happens.
