IE Tab like behavior

Is there a way to open certain pages automatically in IE? I access Outlook Web Access and I would like to get the functionality when I right click that I get in IE. Also my bank site sovereignbank.com, some items on the page do not display correctly so I would like to be able to open a couple of pages in IE
