confirmed in 8.51 and 9tp1. The menu appears to be a drop down menu that is always extended.
In Opera 6.06 the menu is not extended, but is nonfunctional.

The cause is the "left:-9999em" in the styles for "#nav li ul". The fix is to drop one of the 9s (i.e. "left:-999em").
This problem Opera has with big negative values is known, so there's no need to report it again.

Ultimately, the best fix would be for Opera to handle big negative numbers in the CSS better. Hopefully by the time v9 goes final this will have been fixed.
Alternatively, you could try convincing the site to remove a single character from their style sheet, as I outlined in my previous post.

The site is a lot better now.
However, I still have a problem with the menu in question. When the menu is extended it's blocked by other elements on the page.

Does that still happen in Opera 9P1? That version has fixed a certain problems with overlapping content. It may apply here too. However, I still have a problem with the menu in question. When the menu is extended it's blocked by other elements on the page.
edit: Checked it myself. Opera 9 fixes this.
