quick find problem in bookmarks panel

if I use the quick find in my bookmarks panel, I can no longer see any other of my bookmarks, even when I clear the word that I searched for in the quick find

No such problem here. Which folder view are you using?

If you put your OS and other details in your forum signature, it saves us asking, and saves you repeating yourself.

Folder view means 1) Full View, 2) Split View, or 3) Single Folder.

I still cannot reproduce this on Windows XP. Whether I use delete key or the Clear option on the drop down, all of my bookmarks reappear.

it usually works ok, I have to type in stuff, then open a tab from the search result, type in something new, play around with it before it suddenly gets stuck.
