This App Only Runs in Windows...
...or Windows emulators like Wine for Linux."A computer running Windows or a Windows emulator or VM" is a far cry from the advertised, "A computer with an Internet connection", no?
While Opera@usb may be a boon to those who wish a portable Opera in Windows environments where they can't install, or devs who need somehow to have multiple Opera instances running on their Windows boxes, It doesn't do much good on an Apple, or Linux, or BSD or Solaris box without a couple hundred megs of virtualization software, which sort of defeats the purpose...
Thank you very much for the effort and labor of love for our favorite browser though. I just wish I didn't have to download it to find it doesn't quite work as advertised.

Opera's standard installer for some time now has a standalone/portable option:
You might want to try if the standard installer for your OS has this too.
