[Solved] "Windows is searching for VCExpress.exe. To locate the file yourself, click Browse."

So i run into this each time i start opera (no matter how). I get this dialog 2 times if i click "Cancel", then opera starts fine. There is no dialog if i check "Compatibility Mode: Windows Vista" at the shortcut properties.
Windows Seven SP1 (x64). Had this problem since 11.50.

P.S. Nevermind, problem has solved itself. Just had to wait a few minutes, then i've been prompted to delete "non-existing shortcut vcexpress.exe", so i agreed and everything is good so far. Guess we should keep this post for anyone else experiencing this problem, cause i found nothing relevant while searching through the whole forum.
