Bookmark folders lost when upgraded to 6.5.

Hello, recently I upgraded opera mini from 6.1 to 6.5 on my nokia n73. After that I found out that I have lost two of my bookmark folders containing a total of nearly 40 bookmarks. During the upgrade opera link was on. Can anyone tell me how do I get them back?
