Serious problem: Problem with Shortcut

First, what is the Opera support email? I want support from an Opera support rep, not some people in a forum. Make yourself more accessible, Opera. This has only added to my frustration over this:

I've been having a problem every time I do something remotely related to Opera: if I uninstall/reinstall, open the browser, anything. I get this popup reporting a Problem with Shortcut. It doesn't even make any sense, it's a Google Chrome shortcut it says is the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same old happens. This is so frustrating, I will stop using Opera if there's no solution for this. It's a shame, Opera is a great browser, but I will not put up with this happening every time I launch Opera.

Screenshot attached. Please help.

PS: THERE'S NOT EVEN A WAY TO ATTACH SCREENSHOTS! Come on Opera, this is horrible support. I uploaded to a temp image hosting service. The image is hosted for 24 hours, which is how long I give Opera support until I give up on Opera.

Opera's support is this user 2 user forum, there is no e-mail or individual customer service.

Please read: http://my.opera.com/community/forums/topic.dml?id=64698 specially number 1. There are some topics and/or posts talking about a similar issue.
