Operative point being to try a different location, and Pesala's location may work better. If not, there's always Opera's own FTP server (where I downloaded my copy from) ...
Some indication of where Opera was trying to download from when you couldn't get it may be in order, so they can check on that mirror (at least, the general area of your location so they can figure it out - better would be the actual name of the server you were unable to download from).
