Linkification in M2/RSS

It would be nice if the links in the feeds would be clickable.
Or something like that which can be achieved with userJS/Extensions (that don't work in M2)

imho responsibility of the RSS provider, not the client (much like you can write a url only in plaintext in html), but I could be mistaken about the possibilities that RSS offers in that respect.
