Pixelated Graphics on all web browsers

I seem to have developed a problem with my Internet. This has only started doing this for about a week now. I use a mobile broadband dongle and now when viewing all images, they look like they have a pixelly outta edge. it is happening to text also.
My specs are as follows
Acer Aspire T180 D97z
Nvidia chipset
AMD 64 x2 Dual Core @ 5200 Mghz
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
6 gig of ram in dual channel
1 gig Nvidia GT 520 Graphics card with 1 gig on-board
I know it's not the Graphics Card as it is showing clear text as im typing this and games are clear too. I'm always having to press Shift+R to get a clear view of everything. Any ideas guys

I had a similar issue with my vodafone dongle for a while. Basically they were compressing the images and it was hosing things up. If disabling turbo doesn't fix it, you might need to get in contact with your mobile provider and see if there is a way to disable the compression.

If it happens on all browsers (so it is not opera turbo) and not everywhere on your system (so probably not a driver or hardware issue) it could be a proxy. In your case it could be vodafone, which compresses everything before you get it (to reduce traffic and therefore save money) as runamonk already said.

Fix your screen resolution to match screen size.

If that doesn't help, disable truetype. (search for it in Windows start menu)

thanks for the info guys. Just to clarify on opera i don't use turbo as mobile dongles seem to hate it and my network is orange not vodafone. I was told that congestion of many users online could also be affecting it, so i'll will give all your suggestions a try and see what comes up. Thanks again guys
