Opera History accidentialy cleared
At first, sorry for my bad english.Hello everyone. I have a problem. A hour ago i surfed in the Internet with Opera and multiple tabs open. After i finished i cleared all the history and closed the browser. 5 minutes after that i remembered that i need one address from the closed tabs.
I posted this question on ubuntuusers but there was no answer, they just said they think that opera overwrites the cache and logs.
My Opera is linked to the cloud, but there is also everything cleared.
Is there any thing i can do or should i think about this before i clear the history next time?
Thanks
Linux Mint 11.04
Opera 11.52 build 1100
I did not know that my tabs would be deleted when I clear my history, as this does not happen in any other browser.
I need my 7-8 tabs back that were open.

They are not deleted...unless you use Tools > Delete Private Data > Detailed Options and have checked the last option (Delete all tabs). If you keep this option unchecked, not only will your tabs be preserved but also the tab history (via Back button) will still be available.

Except that option is automatically checked. Which is annoying.

Of course it's checked by default. The action is called "Delete Private Data" and closing tabs and their browsing history is part of it. The "Details" list is provided for a reason and for users who don't bother for details there is a clear warning on the confirmation dialog that pops up: "If default actions are left unchanged, all open tabs will be closed...". What else should Opera do to prevent "accidental" clearing of data?

Don't say 'of course' as if that's the way the world works.
That doesn't happen in firefox, or in IE, so 99% of people would not realize that.
I did not see a warning that said all open tabs would be closed.
Anyway, it's a moot point as my computer is dead and I need to reinstall windows.
