Moderators - please delete Better Facebook extension

Opera Extensions Catalog moderators are requested to delete Better Facebook.

Th reason is that the author of the extension is someone else but someone has just uploaded it to the Extensions Catalog, saying in the description that it's an extension by someone else. While I know it's legit to do this, this case is an exception - read on.

Now the problem is that the author has recently re-branded "Better Facebook" as "Social Fixer". This was done due to an issue. Facebook contacted the author to re-brand his extension as something else which doesn't have 'Facebook' or 'FB' in it's name and not to use the Facebook logo for his extension.

Now the extension has been re-branded, I sent a PM to the uploader of this extension to delete it and upload the new one - Social Fixer.
He hasn't responded to it - so please delete the extension, I will upload Social Fixer extension to the extensions catalog (there is no way to contact the author to upload it to Opera extensions catalog), once Better Facebook is deleted.

Could someone help me choose which license to use: Apache License or Opera Hosting License? I am dumb at understanding licenses - please tell me clearly which license to use if the extension is not you own?

I plan to release an official Opera version here when I can.
It is my code and extension, and uploading a version is a violation of copyright.
Having unauthorized versions available from other download sites makes it difficult for me to maintain.
Opera users can easily download an Opera extension from http://SocialFixer.com already.

Hey, you have uploaded Social Fixer at Mozilla Add-ons website, when why can't you do the same for Opera Extensions Catalog?
