How to add exception to Opera Adblock?

Hi how do you add an exception I've looked everywhere cannot find a guide or the answer.

I'm sure the answer will help many others too!

i'd welcome this feture too...
There are ppl who stream on twitch.tv and ads are their main source of income. I'd like to support them this way but i wouldnt' liek to turn off the ad blocker completely because of other sites.

Look for the section titled "Exceptions" in the extension settings. I know it might be slightly complicated, but it's the best I could do with the limited Opera API.

That doesn't appear to work under Opera 11.64. Using Edit site preferences -> Content -> Unchecking Enable content blocking still doesn't allow that site's add through.
