[11.60] and [12.00] Gstreamer WebM decoder issues
A lot of WebM videos on YouTube show graphical artifacts...Gstreamer library used in Opera 10.6 and 12.00 is dated June 2011 and probably has severe bugs...
Test case I like to use is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4X6WGLi4X1o
All videos of this test "3DMark Vantage Test2: New Calico" uploaded by different users have the same blocking artifacts... It's probably caused by certain kind of movement pattern...
However if you download this WebM video and play it using some standalone player (i.e. VLC) the video has no artifacts... Thus it's a decoder issue...
Please, update gstreamer library, bundled with Opera before release...
I get heavy stuttering not only on the above video (at 360p), but also on any ogg media decoded by Opera, like the files at http://librivox.org/walden-by-henry-david-thoreau/
These examples play fine in Chromium or a stand-alone player...

opera has the worst and most outdated webm decoder. Funny how they say they support webm, but obviously they don't give a something about the decoder performance. So for webm i need to use chrome... and not just for webm, actually seeing old unfixed bugs i starting to lose my faith in opera.
