Always show RSS and star buttons in address field
Currently they are hidden when page is loading and when address field is focused.This is inconvenient since you need to wait while page will fully load.
And if address field is selected you need to first unselect it and then you can use that buttons

A lot. I don't wanna wait the page loads fully or unselect the url to see the buttons. If it's connecting with the site supporting RSS, this have to appear.
