How to block all sties from Opera limiting to speed dial sites only

Hello Opera community I searched and only came up ot to block specific sites.

I wanted to block all sites except sites listed in the speed dial area. I wanted to do this through Opera and not mess with an network blocking software. If there a way or a work around that will allow me to do this? There are so many sites to block I would find it much easier to block all sites then unblock sites as needed.

with Opera closed, edit the file urlfilter.ini:

[prefs]
prioritize excludelist=0

[include]
www.site1.com
www.site2.com

[exclude]
*

That way, only site1 and site2 will be allowed

This file is on Opera's profile folder. See Help > About to find it.

Thanks for such a quick response.

I did find the urlfilter.ini

I made the changes as suggested but I can still access other sites. It did not block or bar the sites from loading. Is there a preference check I need to make in setting?

Type opera:config on the address bar, look for "Enable Content Blocker" and enable it.
