Mail/chat greayed in menu

hi All - sorry, wrong forum.

I'm moving from an XP machine to a W7 machine and the initial transfer went just fine. All bookmarks etc came thru great. I copied all my profile folders from the old box to the new box, installed a new copy of 11.52 and it worked like a charm. The only problem is that Mail and Chat Accounts is greyed out in the Tools menu. I need to setup my email accounts, but can't access the setup dialogs. Did I miss something?

Yea I think the dialog setup is not complete

Yeag I'm having the same problem as you too, I can't acces my dialogs......what is going on??
