Search for "Show Exit Dialog".
Change the value to "2".
Press "Save"
Press "Close" button.

*Note, Opera uses an average of 300 Mb ram when sites are loaded, and a few % of cpu time, like always, also when closed this way. Doing this on laptop might cause significant decrease in battery run time.
