button on mousehover mechanism
I've disabled all .hover states for [Toolbar Button Skin.hover] and [Addressbar Button Skin.hover]but still there is a small change when hovering mouse over address bar button

So...it's probably from OS. Can any1 tell, is there a chance to control this behavior? ... like colors, transparency, etc....
btw. OS is Win XP sp3
Edit: Actually, there is a small change when hovering mouse above ALL buttons in opera

I have this on my skin.ini:
I don't know what it does, but it doesn't control the focus glow, probably because it's hard-coded (Opera will do it automatically independently of any settings\skin\OS, like the disabled buttons)
BTW, when resizing images like that, use the "nearest-neighbor" to keep things sharp, instead of any other smoothening method (like bilinear or bicubic).

could this be a bug?
