Open Tab/window in sandbox mode.

I just got the idea that if you want to look at a site that seems a bit suspicious it
would be nice to open it in a sandboxed tab or window that is isolated from taking
down the rest of the browser if something bad happens.

If it is implementable it might be an idea in the long run to always have new sites
opened in sandbox mode first and then moving them on to normal tabs when they are cleared.

Opera has no plans to implements SandBox tabs or windows, as mentioned in a article (i think that was interview of Opera CEO)
