Wierd Symbols

I have searched everywhere and I can't find a solution to my problem

I have Windows 7 Ultimate, Platform win32..I have used opera for quite sometime now.. I have upgrade to 11.52 and I getting these weird symbols when I click on my bookmarks, every web page is like this..



I uninstall Opera, reinstall for a fresh start with no extensions or widgets and getting the same results..

Can someone please tell me how to fix this? I really love opera and it's features..
