Unjustified ban
This user (kos1nus) has been banned unjustly. its me. I definitely did not break the rules. I never wrote the blog and writing comments on other blogs. I do not understand for what reason I have been banned and I want to make this ban lifted from me.I'm really not pleased with opera software.
support works very poorly. so far no one OUNCIL to my complaints. my username is very important to me. I can not use a different username.

You got a response to your first post after just 37 minutes, so saying that support works very poorly is a bit rich.
Posting here at 10:00 p.m. on a Friday may not elicit an immediate response from Opera Staff, but its the right place to ask about this.
I have no idea what OUNCIL means, so try translating that into proper English.
If your original username was banned there was probably a good reason for it — rarely does this happen by accident, though that's not unheard of. Several things can lead to a ban, such as sending lots of Private Messages, but please be patient and wait for a response from Opera Staff — with luck that will be before the end of Monday.

I did not show any activity on myopera . . . did not post blogs, did not post comments on other blogs, did not send private messages
There was a recent case of accidental deletion - http://my.opera.com/community/forums/topic.dml?id=1133032 - the account was restored by My Opera Developers.
Wait for 1 week for any Opera employee to help you here - or send a PM to a My Opera developer requesting politely to help you to get your account back (if you did not violate any rules and it was really a mistake of the moderators) or ask the reason for banning the account.
