Ugly and uncomfortable zoom

Hi,
I use Windows 7 and I set 125% DPI zoom. Unfortunately, I have a big trouble with Opera because of that. In IE9 or Chrome for example everything is all right. This browsers automatically make 125% zoom in all sites. In Opera there's something strange. Generally, sites size is the same, but some fonts are much bigger than should be. It's more visible when I try zoom this sites to about 110-120% in Opera. Look at this:

IE:
Opera:

That's certainly not normal. What should I do to get something like in IE? Please, give me some advices. Thanks in advance.

go to opera:config find font section change the first value of h1-h6 to 32; 24; 18; 16; 13; 12
and search scale under "user prefs" to how much you want web pages to zoom

I think this is right, haven't tried windows for a while.
