Change the position of the menu-buttons from top zu bottom

Hello
I use Opera with a Motorola Defy and with Samsungs Galaxy Tab P1000. On the Defy, the menu-buttons are positioned at the bottom of the screen, nearby the fingers, to use it with short movements, on the Galaxy, it's on the top, so far.

Is it possible (configuring some files), to change this, using the Galaxy like the Defy?
