Mini-worldmap in Wikipedia is displayed incorrectly

Example: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/London
Then click the coordinates at the top right corner.
Now toolserver.org will show GeoHack - London.
On the right side there is a small world map and a red ball should show the position of London. But it shows it in Africa (wrong latitude). Longitude seems to be o.k. This happens with all other locations, too. Madrid is located in the Atlantic off Namibia and so on.
But: This error only happens in Opera, not Internet Explorer or Firefox !
Can someone explain this?

O.k. - I fixed it myself in the source code of Wikipedia by adding top:0px. (The world map in the background was positioned too high.)
But nevertheless, Opera seems to have a problem with style="position: absolute", if there is no top or bottom argument.
Other browsers have not.

Your link works here. The red ball is at London and the detail map below it is London.
Win. 7 x64, Opera 11.52 1100
Opera 16.0, 12.16 1860, Win 7 x64 SP1

Yes, as I said, since I fixed it. - But the point is, after all: For other browsers, this change is not necessary.
