without cursor when I write (Win9x)
hello... in my work i am stuck with an old computer that has Win98... and other whit WinME...I install Opera 10.63 fine in both... which is excellent...
that this browser can still works fine in a Win9x system... only shows the excellent job that the developers of Opera made...
but I believe that I found a small bug...
it dont show the blinking cursor when i type whit the keyboad...
no cursor in the websites form fields... no cursor in the address bar (URL bar)... no cursor in the google search bar...
I am writing here in the forum by hunch... the letters appear from nowhere... without a cursor that indicates me where I am writing...
any idea of who solve this? in WinXP woks fine is just a bug whit Win98 and WinME

Yup - Opera supported Windows 98SE/ME for the most time and also supported Mac OS X PowerPC for the most time.
You will be glad to hear that there are great people who made a utility called KernelEx (download) which ALLOWS YOU TO RUN SOME WINDOWS 2000/XP APPS on WINDOWS 98/ME/98 SE!!!
Install KernelEx and enjoy Opera 11.52 or even Opera 11.60 on your Windows 98/ME computer.
EDIT: Sorry, I just forgot - WELCOME TO MY OPERA COMMUNITY.

It's a small bug, so small you can't see it ;-)
I have gotten used to not seeing the cursor in fields most of the time. That's all I can say.
Maybe someone else has a better answer.
