Help Operaweb mail full and can't delete
Hi,my OWM storage is above 100%, with this message at the top:
NOTICE: You have used 119.3% of your mailbox storage quota. Emails sent to your account are currently being bounced. Please consider either upgrading your account, purchasing additional storage space, or deleting some emails you no longer require.
I did delete permanently the trash folder, now it's empty, but I can't delete anything else. I have this message:
Could not delete messages in Inbox - Cannot move messages to Trash due to your quota. Due to technical limitations, all moves are implemented as "copy and then delete". Please delete messages from your Trash or other folders to make more space, or alternatively use the 'Delete Permanently' option from the 'Action' menu on the mailbox screen instead of just 'Delete'.
Can someone help me?

I found the delete permanently function.
It's solved.
Though it will be a problem when I receive much email :/
I thought OWM was great, but the storage is really bad...

Thanks for the report strategical. I'm sorry that the error messages were so confusing. We'll look in to changing that.
Any mail that you should have received during this period has bounced. This means that you will not receive the messages, and the sender has been notified of this.
