Blog article does not appear on subscriptions

I have a rather specific problem. If I set a blog article to be published some time later using 'Edit post URL and time/date' feature, then the post does not become noticed on subscriptions and on external sites like Twitter.

Here's an example article I tried: http://my.opera.com/serola/blog/2011/11/07/to-be-published
No tweet on this at https://twitter.com/#!/serola

Another one here at Shoot & Tell: http://my.opera.com/shootell/blog/2011/11/15/november-2011-s-t-news
It never became noticed on my news: http://my.opera.com/serola/news
Or at Twitter: https://twitter.com/#!/ShootTell

Any way to fix this?

You mean saving it as a draft for publishing later?
