Open a new tab from the Bookmarks

Could I do it with a right click like in the FF?

Right click > open in new tab or open in background tab.

Or just middle click it.

I have a Q regarding this.

I have my Bookmarks Bar showing and I have bookmarks on it. When I middle click a bookmark placed on the Bookmarks bar, it opens in a new tab in the background. So far so good.

However, if I create a folder on the Bookmarks Bar and place a bookmark into this folder and then middle click the bookmark, it doesn't open. Any idea why?

Thanks.

Not here it doesn't. It just opens in a new tab — the same as left click.
Middle-click on a bookmark in a folder does nothing.

Use Ctrl + Click — that works for both cases to open in a background tab.

You need to change that in your settings somewhere.

Anyhow, thanks for the reply, but my main concern was middle clicking the bookmark that is placed inside a folder on the Bookmarks Bar.
