Get rid of Facebook 'like', google Plusone like and twitter likes

They are slowing my internet experience. They are the last to load on a page and add seconds to browsing, plus using dragonfly, it is embedding code from facebook and google (I don't use twitter) with my username in it.

How do I get rid of them? Is this a css or urlfilter or hosts file fix?

I tried adding [plusone.google.com] to the host file, but it didn't work

Add the following filters to content blocker.
*.facebook.com/plugins/*
*plusone.google.com/*fastbutton*
*platform.twitter.com/widgets/tweet_button.*
*.stumbleupon.com/badge/embed/*
