How do I send a website link to desktop when using Opera browser

When using Internet Explorer if I want to save a link to a website to my
desktop all I have to do is click on File drop down to Send and select
Shortcut to Desktop...easy
How can I do the same thing when I am using Opera as my browser.

Thanks for any help

Drag & drop favicon before web address in address bar to desktop.

Thank you for clearing that up for me...smile
I must say it seems to me to be a pretty crude way of going about such a simple task...having to decrease the size of my browser window to show some desktop for me to drag the icon to and then increasing the browser window back to size again to continue browsing.
