E*Trade Quick Transfer
With Opera 11.5x the "Confirm" button for E*Trade's Quick Transfer function no longer responds. I reported this to E*Trade and was initially told the problem is between Opera and Java. I considered the answer somewhat lame as the "Confirm" button is equivalent to other execute buttons which work quite well in other E*Trade areas.I'm additionally skeptical as the Quick Transfer function has been buggy for years. The drop-down menus, although usable, don't display or function as standard. That problem has existed for years while drop-down menus have worked flawlessly in all other E*Trade areas. I realize there may be something unique with Quick Transfer, but my guess is coding is deficient in that one area.
Am I missing something here? After an initial blow-off response from E*Trade they did politely agree to forward the issue to Product Development. Is anyone else experiencing the problem?
