Editing Standard_menu

Hello,

First is this the correct forum for asking for help with editing the standard_menu.ini file to create a custom context menu item?
If so, I have OPERA 10.10 and I created a copy of standard_menu.ini (and selected it in Preferences)
and changed one word CROPY instead of COPY to see if this standard_menu.ini file was being used to generate the context menu when I right click on text. I read that all I needed to save was the difference (i.e. the new script).
But the context menu still says COPY.
What am I doing wrong?

Opera Preferences version 2.1
; Do not edit this file while Opera is running
; This file is stored in UTF-8 encoding

[Version]
File Version=2

[Info]
Description=Opera Standard menu setup
Author=Opera Software ASA
Version=1
NAME=NEWMENU

Item, MI_IDM_DOCCOPY=CRopy

Thank you for the help
Burt
