Turbo Boost won't allow pages to be viewed

Hi, all. I'm a newbee with Opera and there are a lot of features that I feel are great!
I am having difficulty with a few things:
1) turbo, when turned on, does not allow pages to load.
2) When attempting to customize My opera, in the bottom right hand corner of the page where it allows you to choose language, when I change it to English, it simply reverts back to what appears to be arabic.
3) When attempting to access Facebook, I see my pic in the profile box in the top right hand corner of the screen but, it is not my complete page and clicking on anything, ie.: the Facebook logo, my profile, the globe, etc., nothing connects to the link. it simply sits there. I do not have this problem when I close Opera and launch Internet Explorer
Any assistance would be appreciated.
