Facebook problem
For quite some time now I've been having problems posting comments to Facebook. Since FB brought in the 'enter to post' function, I simply can not post anything in a 'comment' box. It shows on my screen that it IS posted, but upon refreshing the page..*poof* nothing there. There are no other issues insofar as using text-boxes are concerned...just Facebook 'comment'.I've reported this via the browser bug-report several times, and have received a few application updates already, but nothing has changed.
I'm using Opera Mobile on a Samsung Galaxy (Android).
At the moment, I'm using another browser altogether (Skyfire) for my internet because Facebook is my primary internet site. Skyfire doesn't have this problem, but I really rather prefer Opera.
Has this issue been raised before, and is something being done about it?
The only consistent problem I have while using m.facebook.com (touch.facebook.com is even buggier & slower) is often pages are stuck at the loading screen, & I have to hit refresh for it to load properly. I suggest everyone use the 'survey' link at the bottom of FB's page to provide their device info so FB is aware of who on what kinds of devices (Opera Mobile on Android) are using their sites.
I use 9 different browsers & to my knowledge, the late Bolt was the only browser that allowed one to submit comments via the FB full site. I now revert back to the mobile site to comment. If there is a more direct method, I'd love to know too! Of course, there's always FB for Android...:-(
