Web pages are not showing correctly

When I go to opera.com, this is what I see:

Opera.com is not the only website that is not showing correctly.

I'm using Opera 11.52 and have 64-bit Windows 7 Professional.
This is the first time I have this kind of problem.

I've already installed root certificate update (KB931125, June 2011).

Can anyone help?

EDIT: IE8 shows all the web pages just fine.

It looks like you have enabled User mode. See the Page menu, Styles.

Thank you for the reply but it seems that I have Author Mode on. I tried switching it to User Mode and then back to Author but I still have the issue.
Anything else I could try?

Windows Xp 32 bit, Opera 11.60 Exactly the same problem. Everything was fine with earlier version.
Any ideas?
