bad position of the cursor at google searchs with zoom
Hi, I have this problem:Just installed Opera 11.50, found a few bugs at first sight
(instantly), one of them is very interesting. Suppose you have a
bigger resolution and the page content is too small to read. Hence you
increase zoom, here bug comes in. When you increase zoom level (let's
say %120), the extra blank chars(spaces) occur between chars in "form"
fields. A good example can be accomplished on Google. Increas your
zoom level to %120, then search something like multi-word (eg:
handsome man arrived here, bla bla2 bla3...) on Google, hit search.
Look at the textbox (form field) above which contains the words you
searched. Extra and unwanted spaces appear between words.
Anyone noticed that?

That was not posted by me, but it's the same problem, look for example the cursor's position in the middle of the "O":
An user posted this issue in the spanish forum and now I'm posting it here, sorry for my bad English. I use Opera 11.52 on Windows XP SP3, my preset zoom level is >100% for all websites. Thanks.
What might be the difference between the search field in Google and Bing?

Its a javascript problem. If you want to fix it, edit site preferences, scripting, and disable javascript for Google. That has the desirable side-effect of getting rid of other junk on the search results pages, such as quick view of documents.
