I think that weather.com switched their licensing system to commercial use only. Seems that risidoro used a Testaccount that is now closed.

I don't know much about Widgets but, it's there a way for the author to change it to another site like Weather Underground? I don't know if it is free but they have an API. There are also other weather sites like, Accuweather.com, Foreca, WeatherBug, etc... confused

WeatherBug may be interesting, but they decide after registration over the conditions for commercial use. The others has strictly limited access or you have to pay for use (the same as weather.com).

Yep
I wrote the author of the widget, but he replied that he was busy and promised to fix it. it was in late November.
I now use the Yahoo! Widgets, very useful!
