Move Bookmarks Bar above Address Bar

Hi!

Is is possible to move the Bookmarks Bar above the Address Bar? It was like this in 10.63 but not in the latest versions. I'm running 11.52

Disable the bookmarks bar and enable the personal bar. Customize, Appearance, show hidden toolbars while customising.
