Make web development easier by including 'Platypus like function' like the Firefox addon

Firefox used to have an extension called 'Platypus' for web developers. It was hands down the best extension a web developer could use (I have used practically all of them). Recently it got discontinued due to the changes in the version of firefox. It works till firefox 4 or 5. Check it out. It makes javascript easy even for an amateur newbie. What it does - Allows you to change the page visually much like firebug does with the crucial difference that on clicking 'save' it gives you a javascript for the changed page ! You can use this javascript in greasemonkey to make the page look the way you want to every time you reload it. In effect - Any page you want will load the way you want it always. Opera could make it an official feature of Opera or make it an Addon and empower users massively !!

I don't know a single line of Javascript. But I can make complicated changes to pages because I use Platypus.

from reading the functionality description it can't be too hard to port that addon to opera ... contenteditable is there and recording the changes is no magic trick either wink
1) maybe you should talk to the original addon author?
2) the guys in the opera extensions section are normally also quite willing to help smile
