Youtube does not work -> Upgrading to Flash 10?

I can't play any youtube videos, it keeps telling me to upgrade to flash 10.

I did as instructed, restarted my computer, still doesn't work.

opera:plugins shows I have Shockwave Flash - 11,1,102,55

Doesn't help at all. In my Opera 11.60.1185 (XP SP3) it still complaining about necessity of having Flash upgraded to v10 despite of the fact I've already installed v11. Javascript is also enabled but neither Youtube no Hulu works on my PC.
