Pseudo-Lion Fullscreen & Title Boxes of Doom
Something is wrong with the way Lion Fullscreen has been implemented. When Opera is in Lion Fullscreen the "title boxes", when you put the cursor over a link those yellow boxes and it tells you the URL, appear outside the browser when on a "Desktop" or applications not in Fullscreen.
Sometimes the boxes turn into gray spots that will not go away. You cannot click them or click outside of them to dismiss it despite the fact that it shouldn't be happening in the first place.
The title boxes need to stop showing up outside of Opera.
I also can tell something is wrong with Fullscreen because when I'm using Hulu Desktop in Fullscreen and I switch to iTunes or Mail from being in Hulu Desktop in fullscreen, it just slides right into iTunes.
When switching back, I see other windows, like my Twitter app, flash in and then Hulu comes into focus.
It's different with Opera being, when switching from iTunes to Opera, they don't slide from iTunes to Opera. I see Hulu Desktop pop into focus, then back out in a second, then Opera appears. This happening as if Opera is /not/ actually a Lion Fullscreen application in Fullscreen mode.
I did just do a complete reinstall of Opera just a few days ago with the latest version (11.52 as of today, November 20th, 2011) from the Mac App Store so I don't suspect it's my install.
So what is causing this? And is it something noted/will it be fixed?

This is a known issue with Opera.

Hulu uses Flash, which we (and the other browsers) have no control over. Plug-ins’ fullscreen is completely different from the browser and anything else.

Hulu.com uses the Flash Player.

Hulu Desktop (http://www.hulu.com/labs/hulu-desktop) is a native application that I am using in example of this problem.
Because the application stays on top of other applications it shows up in all desktops, previously spaces.
I made a video of this happening and please try it yourself by downloading the desktop app or if you have Skype: make a call, switch to iTunes in Fullscreen, then switch to Opera and watch the call monitor/control bar (#1 on this page: http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/get-skype/on-your-computer/macosx/tips-and-tricks/) pop over Opera and then disappear when Opera becomes in focus.

As for the actual bug: please fix that even though it would be fixed if the pseudo-fullscreen gets fixed.
It needs to be fixed along with the next updates. I noticed the Mac version hasn't gotten the new mail layout tailored to and has some winblows looking design as well as this title box issue.
Also why is Flash Player not hiding my cursor? I asked before and it still hasn't been fixed. It needs to be fixed being such a simple issue. Same with the Flash Player problem of it not working when I try to roll over buttons and other roll over items in Flash Player.
