Blocked for no reason
it told me my account had been blocked. I am really upset. None of the content was photo, video whatever. It was just a blog, with nothing controversial, pornographic, hateful or offensive. Just a blog. I opened another one with a different email to post the question because I'd like to know WHY and if this is going to be a recurring issue. I sent the email question about it to support but I still haven't received a reply. Is this a common problem? Should I expect my posts are gone forever?

It's easy to find out if a person is banned or not if he has made atleast 1 post in the Forum. Locate the post, and if the 'Posts' counter (next to the avatar) is displayed then the user is still there - even if the posts counter is blank. If there is no Posts counter, then definitely in place of it it would be written 'Banned user' in Italics.

It is not invalid to post some Pros or things in favor of something (unless you do it very much and fill your whole blog with advertisements). Though it is invalid to advertise something you are associated with - with some exceptions; things that are actually useful for example, a utility you created and it's really great - this is as fas as I know.
Regarding you - you filled your blog with 3 posts of a TV station. So you were supposed to be banned.
And you must be banned again.

isn't interesting about freedom of expression award of the year was given to ROJ TV http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQwi_tk1T3U
Danish foreign minister Lene Espersen visits Turkey as the freedom of expression award of the year was given to ROJ TV in Denmark.

An endangered language is a language that is at risk of falling out of use. If it loses all its native speakers, it becomes a dead language. If eventually no one speaks the language at all it becomes an "extinct language". The total number of languag
Turkey, for example, is helped in its subjugation and assimilation of the Kurds through its multi-billion dollar military agreements withe the United States and other Western powers.
http://ainoko.wordpress.com/2010/06/27/kurds-zaza-dersim-and-nation-states/
For others, such as the Kurds and Dersimians, Armenians, Zaza, the Alevi and others, continue to be strangled by inconsistent and violent laws meant to tame them. How will this be done? Let us be advocates for liberation with them.
"As the Kurds are split among a number of different countries, they all speak very widely differing varieties of Kurdish.
There are two “main” dialects, the “northern” (or Kurmanci), and the “southern” (
Sorani), but
there are also lots of variations within these dialects, and other, outlying dialects, such as in the deep south of Iraqi Kurdistan or among the Fayli Kurds, that are even more different still.
Then, there are related but probably not really Kurdish groups such as the Zazas or Dimilis in Turkey,
as well as the speakers of Gorani/
Hawramani, who often consider themselves Kurds or are
considered by other Kurds to be Kurds, but who have yet another entirely divergent way of speaking.
The speakers of Bahdinani, in Iraqi Kurdistan, are essentially Kurmanci speakers, but there’s a good deal of influence from both
Arabic
and Sorani in their dialect, so that it differs a good deal from the “standard” Kurmanci dialect."
Kurds, Zaza, Dersim and nation-states
The Kurdish people have survived strongly, in the face of tremendous odds. They have multiplied. They are a thorn in the side of four governments who want them completely subjugated and assimilated. The Dersim people, who speak a distinct form of Zaza language, are sometimes considered Kurdish.
The music of the Sunni and Shi’a Kurds, the Dersim people, and the Alevi faiths are also just a tiny fraction of the many beliefs these people have practiced and were persecuted for. Many of the songs I heard were laments. Some were fast and with dancing, others were mournful. They are not songs of only ‘personal’ sadness. It is much more historical, ‘deep’ – if I can use that word for now, and traverses the suffering of centuries and generations of loss, violence, torture, and being killed and killing.
I feel a kinship with the Kurdish, Dersim and Armenian communities simply for that fact. I can relate to their uncomfortable relations with each other, themselves and with the states that govern them. Stateless peoples have survived but the state idea itself, continues to be something that brings continual un-freedoms and struggles.
They are examples of strength and survival, strategies and a reminder to us all. The troubles they endure will exist as long as nation-states persist in governing along the same lines. The governing is done not alone. Turkey, for example, is helped in its subjugation and assimilation of the Kurds through its multi-billion dollar military agreements withe the United States and other Western powers. The human rights violations against the Anatolian people are helped by the US turning blind eyes to their plight in favor of elite state maintenance and agreements. Let us be mindful of their presence with us, and the difficulties of living with these histories. And let us remind ourselves that most all of us in the world, came through the same histories in our legacies, but now we are born assimilated into our positions in the world. If we are privileged, we don’t much recognize the other. The ‘other’ who has to think about how to live with these forms of government today because they are still not compatible with their own lives. For most of the rest of us, we are born into it and adjust to it and do not see it as something urgently needing change. For others, such as the Kurds and Dersimians, Armenians, Zaza, the Alevi and others, continue to be strangled by inconsistent and violent laws meant to tame them. How will this be done? The use of any language other than Turkish was forbidden.
The teaching in schools of any other language than Turkish and keeping of books in any foreign language were forbidden.

Hey, you haven't been banned again (yet) ...
Free speech is fine, but this is Opera's website and they can say what is allowed to be posted here. As such, they've prohibited anything illegal (of course) or offensive, and also advertising. If you want to talk about the plight of non-Turkish speakers in Turkey that's fine, but if all you're doing is promoting a TV station then that's advertising and will get you banned again. Opera is not charging you for posting here, if you're advertising then pay someone for your ads and put them elsewhere.

@wayiro
Looks like your site is being mistaken for a commercial purpose advertising your business, and perhaps that was the reason your first account was banned. But at further look I can see you don't work for the TV or have any affiliation with them, but simply sharing the TV station's content.
To avoid being mistaken for advertiser and banned in future, make a new blog post, copy what you said in your long post above and publish as blog top sticky post. As Steve said, if you talk about the issues faced by the minority, then it should be fine to share your favourite TV station in the rest of your blog.

I actually beg to differ, Steve. The TOS forbids commercial use, implying the user gain some profit by service use. But that is not the case with wayiro. If simply promoting one thing constitutes advert, then what about writing only about your favourite sport team?if all you're doing is promoting a TV station then that's advertising
