How to Allow Remote Images by Default

For your safety and privacy, Opera blocks remote images (and any other remote content referenced in the message) by default.

When this happens, you'll get a notification bar with an option to load images for the message. And, you can choose to always do that for a contact (and undo that by clicking the drop-down next to and address in the header toolbar above a message).

However, if you find that annoying and don't care about your safety and privacy, you can choose to always load remote content. Just turn off Suppress External Embeds. Then, you won't be bugged anymore.

And, *if* you still see the notification bar pop up, you can hide it. While it's shown, hit shift + F12 and goto toolbars. Left-click the notification bar so it's selected. Then, set its placement to "off". (You can also do this if like Opera's default and just don't want to ever see the notification bar.)
