Fix Windows Media Player cannot play video file

Cài lại , gỡ bỏ hoặc nâng cấp những phần mềm có liên quan sau:
- Total Video Converter -> gỡ bỏ, thay thế bằng FormatFactory
- Driver VGA mới
- K-Lite Mega Codec Pack mới
