Flashing Tabs

I would love to disable the flashing tabs at the top of my screen. I find it distracting. If there is a way to do this, please post.

the middle two tabs are flashing red at the top, i assume because each has loaded something new onto that page. I would just like to be able to turn this feature off.

Looks like an issue with the custom skin you use.

I'd confirm what serious says. I had also once used a skin that led to the same problem. Once I changed the skin, the tabs were fine again. I do not remember the name of the skin though.

This must be the skin's way of showing there has been changes on the page / it has finished loading and you haven't seen it yet, whereas the default Opera skin only shows little dog-ears.
