Mail > Labels > New Label > View > Show Duplicates - Why ?
HiWhy there's an option " Show Duplicate" in a new label ? (You could choose to show duplicate or not to show duplicate by selecting >View within the new label)
I am using Gmail IMAP.
Thank you !

It's there in every view, not just labels. You uncheck it if you want to hide duplicates. It's useful for Gmail IMAP specifically when a view has "show hidden" checked. But it can also be useful for regular IMAP servers.
Are you asking why it's checked by default? If so, that's just a safe default of not hiding stuff.

Wonder why my mails would duplicates
For Gmail IMAP, by design, messages are duplicated like crazy. Opera hides most of the duplicates by having Gmail IMAP label folders set to "hide these messages from other views" and having "show hidden" unchecked for views. But, if you set a label to "hide these messages from other views", that forces "show hidden" to be checked for the label, which then unhides the duplicates. You can then uncheck "show duplicates" to hide them.
