Scrollbars appear when box-shadow is set and width/height is 100%
This is a sample code of the problem I found. With both properties set (width:100%; box-shadow:Apx Bpx Cpx #color), the browser window understands that the content is larger than 100% and shows the horizontal scrollbar. Same thing happens with height:100%;<html>
